All bookings for the Puerto Rico trip are refundable until January 15, 2024. After January 15, 2024, bookings are non-refundable. Please ensure that you review all details and confirm your availability before the refund deadline. If you have any concerns or questions, contact us prior to finalizing your reservation.

Charles Financial Strategies LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during the Puerto Rico trip. Participants are encouraged to have their own travel insurance and take necessary precautions during the trip. By booking, you agree to participate at your own risk.
Trip Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if there are not enough attendees to proceed. This decision will be finalized and announced on January 15, 2024. In the event of cancellation, all bookings will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for your airline tickets cancellations.
